Baltusrol Hosts Auxiliary Annual Luncheon Celebrating Another Successful Year

The wind and rain did not stop almost 200 women from attending the May 16th Auxiliary Spring Luncheon held at Baltusrol Golf Club. Cary Barbor, Health Director of More Magazine spoke of women’s health and led the guests in a five minute meditation session.

Members of Summit Twig #2 were honored for continued Annual Fundraising and Dedication to the Luminary Project “Lighting the Way on Christmas Eve.” Each member was presented with a personalized raised seal certificate.  Also honored was SU Twig #33 for the over 50 years of volunteer dedication to the Auxiliary. Representing Summit Twig #33 were Twig members and Auxiliary guests Faye Ericson and Bette Zenker.

The Auxiliary luncheon was again hosted by Summit Twig #3 under the leadership of Jeanne Lawler.  Many guests participated in a basket raffle featuring a variety of wonderful items such as a spa basket, margarita machine, jewelry and a panini maker. A brief presentation was then given by Laurie Finn and Heidi Evenson, Co-Chairs of the Twin Maples Centennial Show House thanking the Auxiliary for their partnership in this wonderful fundraiser.

The Luncheon was a wonderful way to get everyone together to celebrate all the amazing work that the Auxiliary volunteers accomplish, and we again thank SU Twig #3 for organizing such a great gathering.
